Emberkereskedelem
Lajkó Szilvia közölte, a táblabíróság emberkereskedelem bűntettében mondta ki bűnösnek a vádlottat. A fiatal férfi 2012 júniusában élettársi kapcsolatot alakított ki a rendezetlen családi hátterű 14 éves sértettel, akit ezt követően a közös jobb élet ígéretével prostitúciós tevékenység folytatására vett rá. A kiskorú lány ebbe eleinte beleegyezett, később azonban már vonakodott, mert azzal szembesült, hogy a férfi az általa keresett pénzt nem a tervezett közös életükre fordítja, hanem a családjával éli fel. A férfi emiatt bántalmazta is a sértettet, aki ezért egészen 2015 augusztusáig folytatta a prostitúciós tevékenységet.
Az ügyben első fokon eljáró Kecskeméti Törvényszék a férfit három és fél év börtönbüntetésre ítélte. Az elsőfokú bíróság ítélete ellen az ügyészség fellebbezést jelentett be súlyosítás érdekében, melynek az ítélőtábla helyt adott.

Btk. 201. § Prostitúció elősegítése
201. § (1) Aki
a) mást prostitúcióra rábír,
b) épületet vagy egyéb helyet prostitúció céljára másnak a rendelkezésére bocsát,
c) tizennyolcadik életévét be nem töltött személy prostitúciójához segítséget nyújt,
bűntett miatt három évig terjedő szabadságvesztéssel büntetendő.
(2) Egy évtől öt évig terjedő szabadságvesztéssel büntetendő, aki tizennyolcadik életévét be nem töltött személyt bír rá prostitúcióra.
(3) Aki bordélyházat tart fenn, vezet, vagy annak működéséhez anyagi eszközöket szolgáltat, egy évtől öt évig terjedő szabadságvesztéssel büntetendő. Olvasható a Büntetőjog infon.
