A szimbólumok ereje..
Beleütköztem tegnap ebbe az egy ünnepélyes felesketést dokumentáló képbe. Láttam, sokan felháborodtak rajta, volt, aki ártalmatlan hagyományként megvédte, olyan is, aki azon akadt ki, hogy hogy lehet a mai, tűrhetetlenné fokozódott politikai és társadalmi állapotok mellett ilyen semmitmondó dolgokon, mint egy csak bizonyos szögben felvett fotón kétértelműnek ható jeleneten rugózni.
Én ezt nem így látom, sőt tartom annyira említésre méltónak, hogy itt most megosztom

Ápoljuk a hagyományainkat, szimbólumainkat, tegyünk egy fontos eseményt ünnepélyessé, egyedülálló, felemelő élménnyé, de azért döntsük már el azt is, hogy milyen hagyomány méltó a gyakorlásra, mi nem.
Nem kell a világon mindent elfogadnunk csak azért, mert mindig is így volt…
Lehet, sőt biztos, hogy a jelenlegi életkörülmények, a politikai és társadalmi helyzet árnyékában egy ilyen hagyomány egy alárendelt, a jelentőségében apró dolog.
De a közvéleményt, a gondolkodásmódot sok sok apró impulzus táplálja, benyomásólja, befolyásolja, – kifejezések, felvillanó képek, egy odavetett szó, hazugságok, csalások, ferdítések, durvaságok, vagy ilyen nagyon sok embert kínosan érintő asszociációt keltő hagyományok.
Nem szabad a szimbólumok erejét alábecsülni!!!
Pláne ilyeneket. A nácik szinte csak szimbólumokkal oltották be a köztudatba a sötét szellemüket, nap mint nap. Tehát TUDJUK, hogy jelentéktelennek tűnő szimbólumok, „hagyományok” összessége manipulatív is lehet.
Nem látom be, hogy egy ILYEN hagyományt nem lehetne úgy módosítani, hogy ártalmatlanná váljon, bármilyen szögből is tekintjük. Erre jobban oda kellene figyelnie MINDENKINEK, és tudatosabban kellene már eleve élnünk. Csak azért, mert valami mindig is így volt, attól még nem törvényszerű, hogy mindig is így maradjon.
Afrikában még mindig élnek egy ősrégi hagyománnyal, a női nemi szervek megcsonkításával.
