Vis maiort jelentettek a Nemzeti Népegészségügyi Központnak, miután meghalt a Péterfy Sándor Utcai Kórház érsebésze

A portál szerint a kórházban egyetlen idősebb orvos látta el a krónikus területi érbetegek gondozását, és folyamatos, havi 30 napos készenlétben vállalta a baleseti központ ügyeletét. Most az ő halálával nem maradt senki.
Megrendülten vették tudomásul töretlen munkabírásáról ismert kollégájuk, dr. Tóth Gyula elvesztését az érsebészek, aki március eleje óta egyedül gondozta a Péterfy ellátási területéhez tartozó krónikus érbetegeket, és a hónap minden napján telefonos készenléttel segítette a baleseti központ ügyeleti munkáját, egészen tragikus hirtelenséggel bekövetkezett haláláig
– fogalmaztak az elhunyt orvos kollégái a MedicalOnline-nak.
A Semmelweis Egyetem Városmajori Szív- és Érgyógyászati Klinikája vállalta, hogy segít ebben a helyzetben. De a Péterfyből csak az orvos nélkül maradt krónikus betegeket tudják fogadni, a baleseti centrum érsérültjeit nem tudják ellátni.
