„Az épületek is számítanak”
Lemondásra kényszerült szombaton Stan Wischnowski, a Philadelphia Inquirer című amerikai lap főszerkesztője egy vitatott főcím miatt.
“Buildings Matter, Too”
A főszerkesztő „Az épületek is számítanak” (Buildings Matter, Too) főcímet adta egy építészeti kritikának, amelynek a szerzője a többi között arról írt, hogy a részben a Black Lives Matter (Fekete életek számítanak) nevű mozgalom szervezte tüntetéseken megjelenő erőszakos elemek üzleteket gyújtottak fel és épületeket rongáltak meg, közöttük műemléképületeket is.
A vitatott főcím összecsengett A fekete életek számítanak mozgalom elnevezésével, s a szerkesztőség afroamerikai munkatársai tiltakozni kezdtek.
A lapvezetés bocsánatot kért, a címet megváltoztatta, és a Pulitzer-díjas, 58 éves Wischnowskinak, aki egyben a lapkiadó alelnöke is, le kellett mondania mindkét posztjáról.
Lisa Hughes, a kiadó elnök-vezérigazgatója a szerkesztőségnek írt emlékeztetőjében „sértőnek és nem megfelelőnek” minősítette a főcímet, s leszögezte, hogy a lapnak „diverzifikálnia kell” munkatársi gárdáját.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said „You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
