Debrecennek nem kell az „ingyen” pénz, ebédet meg osszanak a civilek!

Az első hír: Nem a pénzen múlik
1, 30 szociális bérlakás kialakítására és felújítására nyert 590 millió forint vissza nem térítendő támogatást Debrecen az Európai Uniótól. Ám nemhogy 30, de még öt családot sem sikerült találnia a debreceni önkormányzatnak, akiket bevonhattak volna a „Szociális városrehabilitáció a Nagysándortelep-Vulkántelepen” nevű programba.
A pénz már meglett volna, de feltételként szerepelt, hogy az ingatlanokba egy másik program jóvoltából egyéni fejlesztési tervvel rendelkező, szociális munka keretében dolgozó személyek (családok) költözzenek. Továbbá, az előírás szerint a költözésbe kizárólag olyanok lettek volna bevonhatók, akik annak időpontja előtt már legalább egy évvel életvitelszerűen e két – szegényként elkönyvelt –városrészben laknak. Ezeknek a feltételeknek nem feleltek meg elegen ahhoz, hogy folytatni lehessen a szociális városrehabilitációs programot.
Rehabilitáció helyett elüldözés?

Így valóban lehetséges, hogy ott nincs a feltételeknek megfelelő számú, a programba bevonható szegény, az ugyanakkor nem azt jelenti, hogy 30 rászoruló sincs a két városrészben.”

A második hír: Ételosztás a nyomorgóknak
„A Kéretlen Figyelem Debreceni Nők Közéleti Egyesülete és a Segíts a rászorulókon facebook csoport, a hónap utolsó vasárnapján ismét vendégségbe hívta a nehéz sorsú debrecenieket. Az ingyenes ételosztáson egy tál meleg ebéddel vártunk minden rászoruló embertársunkat
A hideg ellenére már az ételosztás kezdete előtt sokan álldogáltak a parkban. Többségük már tudja, hogy a hónap utolsó vasárnapján biztos jól lakhat, gyakran még repetázni is lehet. A sorban az utcán élő honfitársaink mellett, nagyon sok kisnyugdíjas, korábban biztos egzisztenciával rendelkező közmunkás várta, hogy meleg ebédhez jusson. Egykor – több mint hét éve–még a hajléktalanok voltak többségben. Ma már azonban mind több, valaha szebb napokat megélt honfitársunk várja türelmesen a töltött káposztát.
Az ételosztás végére – mint mindig – a 150 adag töltöttkáposzta „gazdára” talált.
A már ismerős arcok mellett, mindig érkeznek újak, akik mára jutottak el oda, hogy hó végére már nem futja ennivalóra. (…) Sokan Egy élet munkája után oda jutottak, hogy nyugdíjukból nem telik már a hétvégi szerény otthoni ebédre sem. ”

Kossuth: Debrecen a szabadság őrvárosa
Ahogy az elején jeleztük is nem ugyanarról van szó, a két hírben ennek ellenére igencsak elgondolkodtatónak tartjuk a debreceni önkormányzat lépését. Valamikor Kossuth Lajos a szabadság őrvárosának nevezte a várost, mára ebből már semmi sem maradt. Itt s két évtizedes Fideszes uralom alatt a látszat fontosabb lett, mint a valóság. Aki járt már a pályázatban érintett városrészekben, tudja rengeteg szegény család él arrafelé is, akiknek megváltás lenne a most lemondott program. Egy kis jóakarattal, talán egy kicsivel több emberséggel lehetett volna valódi megoldást találni arra, hogy a félmilliárdból mélyszegénységben élő családokon lehessen segíteni.
A debreceni fideszes városvezetés a lehető legegyszerűbb megoldást választotta –biztos jogszerűen–hagyta a fenébe az egészet, tudják, nincs semmi következménye a döntésüknek. Talán még arra is rájöttek időközben, hogy miképpen mutatna a fideszes mintavárosban egy szegények lakta szociális bérlakás sor. Csak a nyűg lenne velük, egyébként is, tudjuk jól -igazi klasszikustól-, mindenki annyit ér, amennyije van.
A debreceni szegények érdekérvényesítő képessége nulla, így a város urai nyugodtan hátradőlhetnek. Nem történt semmi különös, csak a csórókba rúgtak még egyet. Ők meg már megszokták……
