Hétfői „Kéregetés injekcióstűvel” című cikkünkben hívtuk fel a figyelmet az egészségügy egyik megalázó gyakorlatára. A cikkre az alábbiakban reagált Korózs Lajos, az MSZP szakpolitikusa.

„léteznek olyan beavatkozások, amiket bent fekvés esetén elszámolhat az intézmény az állam felé, ám ezekhez ma már egyáltalán nem szükséges az állandó kórházi felügyelet. Az ilyen esetek egy részében az orvosok néhány apró köhintés kíséretében, amely a zavarukat hivatott leplezni, azt kérik a betegtől, járuljon hozzá, hogy felvegyék az osztályra, de csak hivatalosan, nyugodtan menjen haza…” (Kéregetés Injekcióstűvel)

Emlékszik mindenki a múlt évben A Magyar Idők nevű kormánylapban üzent az Állami Számvevőszék (ÁSZ) elnöke Domokos László a kórházi vezetőknek: vagy mindent szabályosan csinálnak, precízen lepapírozva, vagy ki lesznek nyírva! Ezt nem lehet másképpen érteni. Káosz, botrány, anarchia! Ezt mondta, ill. írta.
A kórházak rákényszerülnek, hogy trükközzenek.
Az állam nem fizeti ki a beavatkozás teljes költségét
Két lehetőség van:vagy gyógyít és veszteséget halmoz fel, vagy nem végez beavatkozást. Esetleg így trükközik, hogy életben maradjon. csak egy példa: A teljesítményvolumen-korlát a kórházakra és a szakrendelőkre is vonatkozik, a sürgősségi ellátásra azonban nem: ott annyi beavatkozást végeznek el, amennyire szükség van, éppen ezért a sürgősségi osztályokon feltorlódnak a betegek.
Továbbá a sürgősségi osztályok ügyeletein nem mindig a szükséges végzettséggel rendelkező szakorvos van beosztva, ezért aztán a biztos diagnózis érdekében több vizsgálatot is elrendelnek. Továbbá emiatt még tovább fokozódik a rendszer túlterheltsége.
És snitt!
Nem csoda tehát az évi 60-80 milliárdos veszteség, amit a kórházak termelnek évről évre.
Ugyanakkor a kórházak egy részénél nem csak a várólisták nőnek, hanem szabad kapacitások is szép számmal vannak.
Ezekre fogadnak jól fizető un. VIP betegeket. Ezzel persze jó pénzt is kereshetnek. A tisztességesek az un. állami betegekre fordíthatják a pénz egy részét, de jut belőle orvosnak, nővérnek. Be kell látni, hogy jelenleg azért van piaci igény, úgy látom egyre erősebb, mert a kormány erre szoktatja őket!
Meg kell jegyezni: Kásler egy éve dolgozik a magán és az állami rendszer szétválasztásán, de semmire nem jutott. Ahogy az összes többiben sem. Nincs érvényes népegészségügyi program, nincs integrált rákelleni stratégia, az alapellátás döglődik és a finanszírozás is haldoklik.
