Technikai okok miatt leállították a Media Markt webáruházát – derül ki a cég kezdőoldalán megjelent tájékoztatásból. A boltokban továbbra is lehet vásárolni!
Hétfőn informatikai támadás érte a céget,
ami miatt több szervert is le kellett kapcsolniuk.
Ebben Európa-szerte több üzlet is érintett volt, elsősorban a pénztárgépek nem működtek megfelelően. A webáruház leállítása ezek következményének tűnik.
Közleményükben arról is írnak, hogy
a technikai hiba érintette a rendelésfeldolgozó rendszereket is, ami miatt a korábban rögzített és visszaigazolt megrendelések feldolgozásában is késedelemmel kell számolnia a vásárlónak.
A cég szerint az online és fizikai áruházban vásárolt termékeket indokolt esetben a hiba ellenére is visszaveszik,
de a vételárat csak a probléma elhárítása után tudják visszaadni.
A Media Markt szerint a technikai hibában az áruházi szolgáltatások is érintettek, de ezekről az üzletben tudnak bővebb felvilágosítást adni.
