Kérlek benneteket, hogy mindannyian érezzétek a felelősséget — ugyanakkor szeretném megköszönni nektek, hogy itt vagytok. Engedjétek meg, hogy őszintén kifejezzem a nagyrabecsülésemet.

A Városi Kurír olvasói a legutóbbi karácsony idején értesülhettek az esélytelennek kikiáltott gyerekeket érettségire felkészítő sajókazai gimnázium Miskolcra költözéséről. A gimnázium most a sokat szenvedett számozott utcák mellett működik. Ösztöndíjprogramjuk támogatására is kértük követőinket. A gimnáziumot Setét Jenő is méltatta február 23-i beszédében: ők azok, akik a 2008-2009-es sorozatgyilkosságról megemlékezést szerveztek, de ennél is többet tettek.

Setét Jenő elmondta: az országban először, a miskolci Dr. Ámbédkár Gimnáziumban beépítették a sorozatgyilkosság történetét az oktatásba. A tananyag elkészült, bárki átveheti. Setét Jenő kijelentette: a roma jogvédő mozgalom közvetlen célja, hogy a magyar roma történelem szőnyeg alá söprése, elhallgatása helyett kezdődjön meg közös történelmünk nyílt feldolgozása, kerüljenek be a magyarországi diákok oktatásába az eddig ismeretlen tények. Döbbenetes az is, hogy február 23-a még mindig nem lett hivatalos gyásznap… Nem felejtünk!
