Mindezek után már csak az a kérdés, vajon valóban a hálapénz elfogadása a legnagyobb rákfenéje ennek az egészségügynek, vagy belátjuk végre, hogy ezt a szektort egyszerre kellene minden bajával együtt kezelni, hiszen egyik gond sincs a másik nélkül.
