Az elmúlt időszakban óriási problémát okozott, hogy a fővárost tömegesen ellepték a patkányok – írja a Demokratikus Koalíció honlapján Gy. Németh Erzsébet, az ellenzék közös XVII. kerületi polgármesterjelöltje.
Mint megjegyzi, a Demokratikus Koalíció szerint egyértelmű, hogy Tarlós István és a főváros fideszes vezetése okolható a patkányinvázióért is. Az ellenzéki pártok már májusban követelték az ügy kivizsgálását, ám Tarlósék elutasították ezt.

Ezt tudatta Szeneczey Balázs főpolgármester-helyettes kedden az MTI-vel annak kapcsán, hogy a Közbeszerzési Döntőbizottság érintett határozatát hatályon kívül helyezte a bíróság.
A vizsgálat keretében – tekintettel arra, hogy az ügy érdemében a Fővárosi Közgyűlés Közbeszerzési Bizottsága rendelkezett hatáskörrel – „meg kell hallgatni majd Karácsony Gergelyt is, aki a döntéshozó bizottság tagja, és aki az RNBH nyertességére szavazott fenntartás nélkül a Bábolna Bio Kft. ellenében” – olvasható a közleményben.
Szeneczey Balázs azt írta, a patkánymentesítés fenntartásának közbeszerzési eljárása kapcsán indult közigazgatási perben a Közbeszerzési Döntőbizottság azon határozatának bírósági felülvizsgálata történt meg, amelyben a testület megfelelőnek ítélte a fővárosi önkormányzat eljárást lezáró döntését a Bábolna Bio Kft., mint ajánlattevő jogorvoslati kérelmével szemben.
A felperes Bábolna Bio Kft.
nem a fővárosi önkormányzatot, vagy annak határozatát támadta meg keresetével, hanem a Közbeszerzési Döntőbizottság jogorvoslati eljárást lezáró döntését – mutatott rá a főpolgármester-helyettes.
Mint írta, a Fővárosi Törvényszék a döntőbizottság határozatát hatályon kívül helyezte arra hivatkozással, hogy a tényállás további felderítése szükséges, amely meghaladja a közigazgatási peres eljárás kereteit. Így a bíróság a testületet a jogorvoslati eljárás újbóli lefolytatására utasította hat kérelmi elemből négy esetében.
A megkezdett célzott, intenzív irtás folytatható
A döntés gyakorlatilag a döntőbizottság jogorvoslati eljárását hosszabbítja meg, illetve éleszti fel. A bíróság nem foglalt állást a referenciák megfelelősége, az alkalmassági követelményeknek való megfelelőség tekintetében, az kizárólag eljárásjogi hiányosságokat állapított meg a Közbeszerzési Döntőbizottság részéről – olvasható a közleményben.
Szeneczey Balázs kiemelte: az ítélet a Közbeszerzési Döntőbizottságra vonatkozóan tartalmaz kötelezést, a fővárosi önkormányzatnak, mint érdekelt félnek teendője ezzel kapcsolatban érdemben nincsen. A döntés a megkötött szerződés hatályát nem érinti, a megkezdett célzott, intenzív irtás folytatható.
Karácsony: fideszes mutyi a fővárosi patkánymentesítési közbeszerzés
Egy tipikus fideszes mutyi forgatókönyvének összes elemét látni lehet a fővárosi patkánymentesítésre kiírt közbeszerzési pályázatnál és az ügyben Tarlós István főpolgármester minden megnyilvánulása hazugság volt – jelentette ki Karácsony Gergely, az ellenzék közös főpolgármester-jelöltje kedden Budapesten sajtótájékoztatón.
Trippon Norbert, a Fővárosi Önkormányzat Közbeszerezési Bizottságának szocialista elnöke közölte, a testületet nagyon durván becsapták, ezért kezdeményezi a bizottság rendkívüli ülésének összehívását az ügy tisztázása érdekében.
Karácsony Gergely az V. kerületi Deák Ferenc téren elmondta, hétfőn a bíróság kimondta, hogy hazudtak és csaltak a főváros vezetői a patkánymentesítésre kiírt közbeszerzés kapcsán.
A budapestiek a saját szemükkel láthatják,
hogy Tarlós István mennyire képtelen vezetni a várost, elsősorban azért, mert a Fidesz-közeli oligarchák bábjaként a Fidesz holdudvarának gazdasági érdekeit nézi és nem a budapesti emberek érdekeit – hangoztatta.
A főpolgármester-jelölt – aki a Fővárosi Önkormányzat közbeszerzési testületének a tagjai is – azt mondta, a fideszes mutyi első eleme az volt, amikor „behazudták”, hogy a pályázaton később nyertes konzorciumnak megvannak a megfelelő referenciái. A második elem az, hogy kiderült: hiába a legolcsóbb ajánlatot tevő cég nyert, valójában ő lett a legdrágább, mert a fővárosi adófizetők pénzéből meg kellett emelni a patkányirtásra szánt keretösszeget – hangzott el.
A Fidesz másra tolná a felelősséget
Karácsony Gergely szerint tipikus fideszes mentalitás az is, amikor kiderül, hogy csaltak a közbeszerzési eljáráson, megpróbálják másra tolni a felelősséget.

A közbeszerzési bizottság rendkívüli ülést tart
„Én talán egy dologban hibáztam, hogy nem feltételeztem, hogy köztörvényes bűnözők készítik elő ezeket az előterjesztéseket” – fogalmazott kérdésre.
Trippon Norbert elmondta, a közbeszerzési bizottság rendkívüli ülésére „beidézi Tarlós Istvánt, a fővárosi Fidesz-maffia politikai vezetőjét”, Szeneczey Balázs főpolgármester-helyettest, a fővárosi Fidesz-maffia másik politikai vezetőjét, továbbá a Közbeszerzési Kft. korábbi vezetőjét, aki kiszolgálta az igényeket, illetve a kft. bíráló bizottságának tagjait is.
Amennyiben a fideszes képviselők határozatképtelenné próbálnák tenni az ülést, vagy azt, aki az idézésre nem jelenik meg és nem mondja el az igazat, azt úgy tekintik, hogy a bűnösségét beismerte – jelentette ki.

A felelősségét firtató kérdésre Trippon Norbert elmondta, a pályázati dokumentációt az akkor Tarlós István bizalmát élvező cégvezető által alkalmazott bíráló bizottság értékelte, a közbeszerzési bizottság elé az általuk aláírt döntési javaslat érkezett.
