Egy renitens otthonlakó „kiszökött vásárolgatni” – Kecskeméten lesz először a 65 év felettieknak teljes a kijárási tilalom?
„Tegnapi napon a Margaréta otthon egyik lakója kiszökött és elment vásárolgatni. Visszaérkezésekor azonnal elkülönítették a többi időstől, karanténba helyezték.” – kezdte facebook bejegyzését szombaton Szemereyné Pataki Klaudia, Kecskemét fideszes polgármestere.

Az előzményről annyit tudat a polgármester, hogy
„Tegnapi napon a nyugdíjasházainkban lakó időseknek írtam egy levelet, szívhez szólóan kérlelve őket a felelősségteljes együttműködésre. Akkor még úgy gondoltam, hogy a korosztályuk iránti tiszteletből nem élek jelenlegi jogommal, és nem rendelek el városi szinten teljes kijárási tilalmat a 65 év felettiek számára.”
Miután Orbán Viktor pénteki előre beharangozott megszólalásában
rátolta a felelősséget a polgármesterekre, így Kecskeméten a városvezető feladata a mérlegelés.
„Az ilyen magatartás súlyosan veszélyeztet másokat is. Az esettől teljesen függetlenül már megrendeltük a koronavírus teszteket, jövő héten az idősotthon összes dolgozóját teszteljük. El szeretnénk kerülni azt a tragédiát, amely a budapesti otthonban bekövetkezett.”
„Ez az eset rávilágított arra,
hogy ezt újra kell gondolnom, mindannyiunk érdekében. Az ünnepek után mérlegelnem kell, hogy amennyiben szükséges, akkor elrendelem a 65 év felettiek számára a teljes kijárási tilalmat.
Ez azt jelentené, hogy a 65 év felettiek Kecskeméten 9-12 között sem hagyhatnák el otthonaikat. Van egy kitűnően működő Gondoskodó Szolgálatunk, el tudjuk látni az időseket, nem maradnak magukra.
Higgyék el, nagyon sajnálom,
de ha szép szóval nem megy, és ez a tendencia folytatódik, akkor kénytelen leszek meghozni ezt a döntést. Ez a város érdeke!”
