Többször foglalkoztunk már mi is az egészségügyben uralkodó fejetlenséggel, aminek szinte kizárólagos oka a pénzhiány. A legújabb-kori hiánygazdálkodás a jobb sorsra érdemes kórházak vezetőit is csalásra, pardon kreatív megoldásokra kényszeríti.
Bent is vagyok, kint is vagyok
Egyre elterjedtebb az a módszer, hogy felveszik a beteget, mint bent fekvőt, így jutva hozzá az érte járó fejpénzhez, ám a páciens otthonról jár be a kezelésekre. A módszernek az a rizikója, hogy be kell avatni a beteget is, mert ameddig ebben a státuszban van, még háziorvosához sem mehet el egy nyamvadt receptért sem, mert az egyenlő lehet a lebukással. Jobb helyeken a jó doktorok ezt a megoldást szemlesütve ajánlják, pontosabban kérik a beteg hozzájárulását.
Az esetek zömében nincs komoly kockázat, ám más a helyzet, ha az ok nem a kórháznak szerezhető plusz pénzforrás, hanem a nemtörődömség, felelőtlenség, és sajnos ilyen is van.
Visszaélés a pszichiátrián!
A napokban egy nő különös panasszal keresett fel egy jogvédő szervezetet. Azt vette észre, hogy pszichiátere meg nem történt kezeléseket tüntet fel a leletein, hogy azok ezáltal elszámolhatóak legyenek a társadalombiztosító felé. A nő a szervezet segítségével több panaszt is benyújtott a hatóságok felé az ügyben.
Az asszony már hosszú ideje jár vissza a kontrollkezelésekre, melyek során a szokásos injekciót minden alkalommal megkapta. A szakmai protokoll szerint a szer beadását egy vizsgálatnak kellene megelőznie, mely megerősíti, hogy fenn áll-e még a diagnózis kritériumainak megfelelő mentális állapot. A nőt évek óta kezelő pszichiáter azonban nemcsak, hogy elmulasztotta végrehajtani ezt a vizsgálatot a havi találkozók során, de – azt feltételezve, hogy pszichiátriai betegként biztosan nem kelti majd fel a nő figyelmét – gondosan leadminisztrálta a szükséges kezeléseket, mintha szabály szerint meg is történtek volna. Ezzel amellett, hogy semmibe vette saját felelősségét az asszony kezeléséért, olyan összegeket is bezsebelt a társadalombiztosítótól, melyekre sohasem volt jogosult.
A probléma sajnos nem egyedi és nem újkeletű
Egy Pest megyei férfi egy pszichiátriai osztályon kapott kezelést. Néhány nap múlva hazaengedték, de az egészségbiztosítónak erről nem szóltak: nekik továbbra is azt jelentették, hogy a férfi náluk van kezelésen, és felvették az ezért járó biztosítási pénzeket.
Egy fiatal egri nő kamaszkora óta éveken át kapott pszichiátriai kezeléseket akarata ellenére; az ügy vizsgálata során kiderült, hogy a nő ellátásai során összesen 31 olyan pszichiátriai kezelést jelentettek le, amik soha nem történtek meg.
Egy másik esetben egy pszichiáter alkalmazottként dolgozott egy pszichiátriai klinikán, miközben a magáncégével szolgáltatásokat nyújtott egy szociális intézetben. Az intézet egyik ápoltjának kivizsgálása után a vizsgálatot a pszichiátriai klinikán keresztül lejelentette a biztosítónak, ugyanakkor az intézettől is felvette a vizsgálatért járó munkadíjat – így a térítés összege duplán folyt be.
Mi az ok?
A listát még hosszan lehetne folytatni – és könnyen lehet, hogy csak a jéghegy csúcsa kandikál ki a vízből. A napvilágra került eseteket mindenesetre az egészségbiztosító a jogtalanul felvett összegek másfélszeresének visszavonásával szankcionálta.

Arra vigyázzatok, hogy vannak olyan, magukat jogvédőknek hirdetők, akik nem éppen a pszichiátriai betegek jogaiért küzdenek…”
