Hadházy Ákos nem először folyamodik a parlamenti ülésteremben arra, hogy táblára írt véleményét megossza képviselőtársaival. A hétfői szankciójaként Kövér kitiltotta őt az ülésről.
Hétfő a napja a parlament első tavaszi ülésnapjának – érvényben van már az úgynevezett
szájzártörvény,
aminek értelmében kitilthatja a házelnök a zavart keltő képviselőket.
A rendelkezés első áldozata nem meglepő módon a független Hadházy Ákos lett.
Kövér László feje fölé tartott egy
„Stop propaganda”
feliratú molinót a karzatról, ezért a nap hátralévő részét az üléstermen kívül fogja tölteni. Ennyivel azonban nem ússza meg a képviselő, Kövér beígérte neki, hogy a
további szankcionálásról később születik döntés.
A házelnök kihasználva az alkalmat egy kis gyurcsányozásra megjegyezte:
„Dacára annak, hogy a propaganda befejezésére ad utasítást, (a tábla – szerk.) ennek ellenére megadom a szót Gyurcsány Ferencnek”
