Orbán, a maffia és az USA
Az USA felmondta a Magyarországgal 1979-ben kötött egyezményt, a kettős adóztatás tilalmáról. Hivatalosan arról szólnak elsősorban a diplomáciai források, ennek az volt az oka, hogy Magyarország megvétózta az uniós minimum adó bevezetését. Mondom az “uniós minimum adó” bevezetését.
Az USA hivatalosan nem bocsátkozott részletesebb indokolásba.
A probléma csak az, hogy az USA nem tagja ez Európai Uniónak. Eddig e tény felett minden jogi vagy közgazdasági elemző elsiklott. Tehát ez nem lehet kizárólagos, valós ok.
A kettős adóztatás fogalma azt jelenti, hogy az adóalany ugyanazért a jövedelemért két államban is fizet adót. Ez nyilvánvalóan igazságtalan lehet. Ezért az államok egymás között vagy multilaterálisan is köthetnek egyezményeket, amiben kizárják ezt.
Kimondják a kettős adózatás tilalmát.
Ha valaki az egyik államban adózik, akkor a másikban már nem kell.
Szerintem viszont egészen máshonnan fúj a szél
Tudható, hogy egyes fideszes vezéreknek az USA-ban, vagy akár Angliában is vannak cégeik. Nem kizárható, hogy ezeket adóelkerülésre, pénzkimentésre használják. A Magyar Nemzet újság, amikor még nem volt fidesz közeli kézen arról írt, hogy
az FBI tanúvédelmi programja védi az Egyesült Államokban azt a magyar állampolgárt, aki Magyarországon elsikkasztott uniós pénzek külföldre juttatásában, futárként működhetett közre.
A lap azt írta már 2014-ben: a gyanú szerint az elmúlt években 3-4 milliárd eurót, vagyis több mint ezermilliárd forintnak megfelelő összeget juttattak ki Magyarországról arab és ázsiai számlákra, ami a nyertes uniós pályázatok
„alkotmányos költsége”, vagyis kormánypárti politikusok részére visszaosztott jutalék.
Ezeket a pénzeket a cikk szerint jellemzően a kormány által ellenőrzött magyar bankokból vették fel készpénzben, alkalmanként néhány millió euró értékben, hogy aztán a futárok gyémántban, vagy az arab világ párhuzamos bankrendszerén keresztül juttassák külföldre, jellemzően közel-keleti vagy szingapúri számlákra. Az amerikaiak gyanúja szerint a pénz egy része aztán strómanokon keresztül, arab befektetésnek álcázva került vissza Magyarországra, hogy luxusszállodákat, kastélyokat és egyéb ingatlanokat vásároljanak belőle.
Tehát a helyzet az, hogy Biden elnök győzelmével megszünt az USA Trump féle barátságos magatartása Orbánékkal szemben
Trumptól a fideszes elit annyit lophatott nálunk, amennyit akart és azt akkor tolta ki az USA-ba, amikor akarta. De mivel ott még működik a jogállam, ez zavarta az FBI-t és más nyomozó szerveket, az ügyességet is. Delaware állam pl. olyan adóparadicsom, ahova érdemes volt kisíbolni a pénzeket Magyarországról. A Kata-gyalázat kapcsán is emlegetnek olyan, Orbánhoz közel álló gazdasági szeplőt, akinek van ott bejelentett cége, ahova ki tudja tolni az itt szerzett pénzét. Ha azonban szövetségi szinten az USA felmondja a kettős adóztatás tilalmáról szóló egyezményt, akkor a védettség megszűnik.
Emlékezzünk Al Caponera!
Őt se gyilkosságért vagy alkohol csempészésért tudták lesittel, hanem adócsalásért. Ha az egyezmény megszűnik, akkor akár az FBI kezdeményezésére, akár máshonnan származó információ alapján az amerikai adóhatóságoknak jogában áll vizsgálni a náluk bejegyzett cégek jövedelmének törvényességét!!! Akár a fideszes maffiózók kimentet lóvéját is vizsgálhatják majd!
Nem lesz elég mutogatni a magyar NAV papírjait, hogy én kérem otthon már adóztam, hagyjanak engem békén!
Az Index, amikor még nem volt fideszes háttérirányítás alatt, már 2014-ben arról cikkezett, hogy kitiltották az USA-ból pl. a NAV akkori elnökét, Vida Ildikót, Habony Árpádot, Orbán egyik legfőbb kampány tanácsadóját, Heim Pétert az ugyancsak fidesz közeli Századvég Gazdaságkutató első emberét és más prominens személyeket, akik az Orbán rezsimben sok pénzt kezeltek, illetve adóügyekre komoly ráhatásunk volt.
Szóval
ennek a meccsnek valójában feltehetőleg nem az a lényege, ahová Orbánék terelni akarják a közvéleményt. Hanem az, hogy az USA-nak elege lett.
Ezzel azt üzenik, hogy nálunk már se Ti, se a pénzetek nincs biztonságban!
Mert nálunk még jogállam van! Elég volt abból, hogy egy diktatúra nálunk mossa tisztára a pénzét, közben bennünket moslékol folyamatosan a magyar és a világ közvéleménye előtt! Az üzenet célba ért! De a hazudozás megy tovább nálunk. Orbán megértette. Most új csatornák után kell néznie!
