Fenyegetés
„Nem elég, hogy lehallgattak, feltörték a lakásomat, mocskolódó , hazug filmeket készítettek rólam és terjesztik a Fidesz médiában, most megfenyegettek . Meddig süllyednek? Felhívom a figyelmüket, hogy az önkormányzati választás régen végetért, nem leszek országgyűlési képviselő jelölt. Ha gondjuk van velem, vállalják az arcukat és mondják el. Ez a tisztességtelen, sunyi, aljas módszer több mint mocsok.” (Városi Kurír)

Nem gondoltuk, hogy idézett cikkünk címében feltett kérdésünkre a NER-valóság ilyen gyorsan megadja a szomorú válasz: „Tovább a lenini, orbáni úton”! (Nem kívánt rész törlendő!)
Tovább görög a piszkosszürke hólabda
Gémesi szerint a levél egyértelműen fenyegetésnek minősíthető – erről az ATV Egyenes Beszéd című műsorában beszélt Gödöllő polgármestere. Hangsúlyozta, hogy nem fog lemondani, hiszen semmilyen törvénytelen dolgot nem követett el, tiszta a lelkiismerete. Gémesi fent volt a Pegasus-szoftver által megfigyeltek listáján, a polgármesternek az is eszébe jutott, hogy a szoftverrel nem csak lehallgatni, hanem telepíteni is lehet a telefonokra, azonban ez a telefon már nincs meg.
A hír megjelenése után, kedd este Gémesit felhívta Botka László azzal, hogy ő is kapott egy ilyen levelet, sőt, Gödöllő polgármestere úgy tudja – bár még nem beszélt vele -, hogy Péterffy Attila, Pécs polgármestere is kapott zsaroló levelet. Hozzátette: Szeged polgármestere és Gémesi gyakorlatilag ugyanazt a levelet kapták meg.
Gémesi feljelentést tesz a rendőrségen.
