Először is tisztázzuk: a miniszter -legyen az bármelyik terület képviselője, így Varga Judit is- kötelessége újságírói kérdésre válaszolni és így tájékoztatni a népet, amit szolgál és akitől ezért a fizuját kapja, az őket foglalkoztató kérdésekre. A jól felfogott érdeke is ezt diktálja, hiszen feltehetően szívvel-lélekkel végzi munkáját, amit a jövőben is tenni szeretne, így érdeke, hogy a szavazópolgár meg legyen elégedve “szolgálatával”. Aki nem így tesz, méltatlanná válik posztjára.
Igen, de….
Magyarországon ez nem így működik és egyelőre nem kell “kardlappal lovasrendőröknek szétkergetni” a tüntető tömeget, akik ez ellen joggal tiltakoznak, vagyis mi, magyarok teszünk a jogunkra, hogy beszámoltassuk tetteikről megválasztott vezetőinket. Ezzel élt vissza legutoljára Varga Judit igazságügyminiszter, amikor az RTL riportere kérdése elől meghúzta, hogy hátatfordítva elmeneküljön nem törődve azzal sem, hogy mindezt a kamera megörökíti.
Varga miniszterasszony, aki az igazságügy nemzeti őre -lenne- beosztása szerint és mint ilyen a köz szolgája, nem először menekül a videofelvétellel egybekötött, nem „baráti” mikrofon elől:

Kedden hallgatta meg a parlament igazságügyi bizottsága Varga Judit igazságügyi miniszter beszámolóját. A párbeszédes Tordai Bence az ülés után arról írt, hogy
„a fideszes többség leszavazta, hogy a ma 100 napos Pegasus-ügyben kérdezhessem a minisztert, kénytelen voltam a folyosón próbálkozni”.

Erre Völner Pál államtitkár a nála lévő füzettel kitakarta a kamerát. Végül némi kergetőzés után Varga Judit annyit mondott:
„Minden kérdésre elhangzott már minden válasz.”
„Káprázatos testcselek, kiábrándító válaszok Varga Judittól.
Miután az Országgyűlés Igazságügyi bizottságában a fideszes többség leszavazta, hogy a ma 100 napos Pegasus-ügyben kérdezhessem a minisztert, kénytelen voltam a folyosón próbálkozni. Ez lett az eredménye… „

A miniszter az esetről az oldalán később azt írta:
„Tordai Bence képviselő úr, aki szemmel láthatóan végigunatkozta a két órát a bizottsági meghallgatáson, csak annyira volt képes, hogy a folyosón provokáljon. Pedig a bizottság minden kérdésére megadtam a választ.”
